  I can't even give this office 1 star. They have lost my paperwork 3 times. They use word that I,could not possibly understand. I have to asl them many different ways in order to understand what they are asking. I will be calling my Ohio rep. To get some help. They wonder why so many people get angry with them on the phone.

  The young lady that has taken care of me, on more than one occasion has always been very helpful and very nice. When I go to the office, I always want her to help me. (She is at the middle window)

  Never had an issue with them. Most people I see when there complain about things that are their OWN fault. Not having enough evidence or paper work...etc. They also forget there are not alot of social workers and they work VERY hard. Its why workers don't last long there.

  Broken!!! Place to "visit" Have tried to get my auto deposit fixed and all I got was the bank you are using is note working correctly...change your Bank!!!???? Really? So they did me a favor and corrected all of the info on their end. So far I have gotten 2 checks vie mail and 2 checks via "auto deposit" to my "broken Bank". Tjhen they decided to get me a replacement SS Card. That was 3 months ago. Still have NOT gotten my replacement SS card. And the DEMS REPUBUBS wonder why are people fed up with Gov as is?!
